The Church of England has a number of Apps available for Smart Phones and IPads: their free ones include&nbsp;Time to Pray&nbsp;and&nbsp;Daily Prayer&nbsp;.&nbsp;Time to Pray&nbsp;has&nbsp;Prayer during the Day&nbsp;and&nbsp;Night Prayer,&nbsp;Daily Prayer&nbsp;has the liturgy we use in&nbsp;Morning Prayer.&nbsp;Time to Pray&nbsp;is also now available as a&nbsp;<a href="https://www.chpublishing.co.uk/apps/time-to-pray" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-track-event="click" data-track-action="link_clicked">podcast</a>.&nbsp;

4.&nbsp;<a href="https://www.prayermate.net/" data-track-event="click" data-track-action="link_clicked">PrayerMate</a>&nbsp;– This smartphone app is useful for building your own prayer pattern but also enables you to sign up to prayer diaries from a large range of Christian organisations, including the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.london.anglican.org/belief/prayer/cycle-prayer/" data-track-event="click" data-track-action="link_clicked">London Diocesan Cycle of Prayer</a>.

5.<a href="https://pray-as-you-go.org/" data-track-event="click" data-track-action="link_clicked">Pray As You Go</a>&nbsp;– this wonderful resource is available in desktop, smartphone and IPad versions and provides a daily short (around 10 minutes) Ignatian-style meditation with music and scripture.&nbsp; They work in collaboration with&nbsp;<a href="https://www.sacredspace.ie/content/about-sacred-space" data-track-event="click" data-track-action="link_clicked">Sacred Space</a>&nbsp;who also have a multi-platform service. They offer words on the screen which is good for those who find some music distracting.

There are other useful resources such as the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.youversion.com/the-bible-app/" data-track-event="click" data-track-action="link_clicked">Bible App</a>&nbsp;which has a great range of different translations including the King James, and the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.bibleinoneyear.org/" data-track-event="click" data-track-action="link_clicked">Bible In One Year</a>&nbsp;which as well as a smartphone app has the option of receiving a daily email, and has audio commentary available. The&nbsp;<a href="https://www.24-7prayer.com/helpmepray" data-track-event="click" data-track-action="link_clicked">24/7 prayer</a>&nbsp;organisation has a range of suggestions to help you pray, and watching the videos in the&nbsp;<a href="https://prayercourse.org/" data-track-event="click" data-track-action="link_clicked">Prayer Course</a>&nbsp;is a great place to start if you need encouragement. And of course you are welcome to borrow a copy of the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.churchofengland.org/prayer-and-worship/worship-texts-and-resources/book-common-prayer" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-track-event="click" data-track-action="link_clicked">Book of Common Prayer</a>&nbsp;from church if you don’t have one at home.

But whatever you decide to do, keep praying. Here are some inspirational verses from the bible:
